The current sock project is one of the skeins I picked up from Biscotte Yarns a couple weeks ago. I am using the Bis-Sock base in the Baby Wale colorway, and am knitting a plain vanilla toe-up sock with a Fish Lips Kiss heel.
Other than the fact that the missing “h” in whale really drives me nuts, I LOVE this yarn. It is soft and the colors are so beautiful! The colors in the photo do not do it justice. It is a soft blue that transitions into a yellow-green and then back to blue.
I have already decided that I need all of the self-striping colorways. It is such a pleasure to knit with that I can’t put the sock down. I am supposed to be knitting something else on deadline, and I just keep coming back to the sock over and over.
